Our guild was founded in 1987. Its legal name is Lake of the Ozarks Cabin Fever Quilter's Guild, it has been known locally as Cabin Fever Quilt Guild. We enjoy learning from & teaching beginners to experienced quilters old & new techniques. Our members love the art of quilting in various quilting forms, have diverse backgrounds, and enjoy sharing and learning from each other. And we take pride in supporting & donating quilted items to our community thru Quilts of Valor, Nursing Homes & In-Home Services, and other various local charities that provide food and supplies for displaced families. You may have seen some of our creations displayed in the Osage Beach Senior Center or in a past Cabin Fever Quilt Show. We Welcome anyone interested in quilting to join us on the first and third Thursday of each month (1st Thursday only in November and December) at the Linn Creek Christian Church. We open our doors by 9:30AM to 2:00PM. We have a different schedule for the first meeting and second meeting of the month. First meeting is our General Meeting which starts at 10AM, Sew and Tell, Charity Quilts, Member Spotlight, & a short program. The second meeting is Social Sew - we work on guild projects or on our own projects. Bring a bag lunch if you want to stay thru to 2PM - See you There!
