We are a non-profit group organized to preserve the tradition, culture and history of quilting and to promote the knowledge and understanding of the art of quilting. We sponsor educational programs for members and guests; support the New England Quilt Museum; and make comfort quilts for a variety of worthy causes. Member quilting experience levels range from beginner to professional. The group meets on the third Wednesday of each month from September through June (December excluded). During the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, meetings are now sometimes in person, sometimes virtual (on Zoom). Each meeting features a presentation (lecture, trunk show or demonstration) by a local or national quilting figure. Guests are always welcome to attend monthly meetings.
